The food, comfort, atmosphere, value, and location were all absolutely perfect. But what I’ll remember most is how the staff, owner, manager, and kitchen team helped me through a frightening time. My husband was unexpectedly hospitalized, and the hotel became a safe place for me to stay four extra nights. They called every cab I needed, greeted me with smiles and hugs when I came back from visiting him, helped with anything I needed, and even found my misplaced passports. I’m deeply grateful. I’d give them more than five stars if I could, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this lovely oasis in Bukhara.

The friendly, professional staff made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. We had a wonderful stay in this cozy hotel full of history. I’ve seen some negative reviews below, and it seems to me they may be from competitors or people with issues of their own. You need to have stayed at a hotel to review it, otherwise the review could be misleading. Definitely a place to stay in Bukhara!

Breakfast was a real highlight, plentiful and delicious, well beyond the usual hotel spread. The rooms and shared areas were spotless and welcoming, too. The service stayed warm, attentive, and professional throughout, and the location made exploring easy, with all the major sights just a short walk away. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. It’s a rare find that gets everything right 👏🏻

At night, sit on the swinging sofas on the rooftop and enjoy the evening desert breeze. The courtyard is beautiful, and breakfast is tasty, with a nice chance to chat with other guests and pick up ideas for the next city. The old city is easy to explore on foot. Rooms are clean and spacious, with large bathrooms and comfortable beds. For a sunset draft beer, the main city pond is just a few blocks away, with tables around it.

Shon at reception was especially helpful, and the staff were all very friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities. This fantastic hotel is in a UNESCO-protected building in Bukhara's historic area, very close to the whole historic center. Without a doubt, one of the best places to stay in Bukhara. Highly recommended.
