When I got sick, the staff looked after me with tea and sweets while I couldn’t leave the hotel, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. My room was somewhat noisy, though, and its only window looked onto the hotel corridor.

The family who run Durdona were so friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We loved the authentic feel, and the breakfast was really good. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location was great too.

We spent two lovely nights at Durdona while traveling through Uzbekistan. Sitting on the terrace and looking out over the city was a highlight, and our room was cosy. The guesthouse is in a nice area near the main sights, including the Registan. The owners and staff were incredibly helpful and showed us around Samarkand. Thanks for a great stay!
