When I was getting ready to sleep, a bug crawled across my hand. I flicked it away and didn't think much of it at first, until I felt one in my hair. I turned on the light and found the inside of the pillow full of bedbugs. They moved us to another room, but the bugs had already gotten into my clothes because I'd put them on the bed. The person at reception looked me in the eye and said, “It must have come with you, we don’t have anything like that here.” They were lying. There were ants crawling on the table in the next room too. The rooms were awful. A terrible place.

The receptionist didn't call us a taxi and asked us for money at night. They wanted 10 dollars for the service fee, which was 5,000 som. The rooms were dirty and the toilet smelled. The receptionist is a fraud. It was the worst hotel we stayed in Uzbekistan. Very bad, and I definitely don't recommend it.

There was a problem with the hot water supply in the morning, so I went to the airport with dirty hair. The staff talked and used their gadgets all night, and I could hear them from the 2nd floor. There's no 'no noise' policy after 11 pm. This was the most horrible place I've ever stayed. The owner should pay attention to this information.
