The people were really rude and unpleasant. I tried to go to the restaurant, but the person at the gate grilled me, then the people at the front of the hotel literally yelled at me. It didn't feel welcoming at all. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

We went in low season with our two-year-old son, who loved the pool, playground, and kids' area. The staff were very friendly, and the amenities were exceptional. The hotel was clean, relaxing, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there were even different kinds of pillows. Breakfast came with the stay and was fresh and delicious. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner, and the beach club and bar were really good too. We stayed a week and hope to come back as soon as we can.

I want to thank everyone for the four days we spent at your hotel. My vacation felt completely fulfilled, and I'll gladly recommend the place to people in my country. Thank you so much, and good luck! The room wasn't very large, but it was comfortable and clean. There weren't any hooks in the bathroom for a towel, which made the information about the eco exchange hard to understand. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of tasty, fresh food. Applause to the chef for the eggs Benedict, the yolk was perfect. Solis at reception was very helpful and managed to sort out even our smallest problems. Deibys, one of the breakfast waiters, was great at explaining the dishes and checking whether everything was okay. He cleared the dirty plates quickly and seemed to notice and appreciate what was going on around him. Thanks to all of you!

It's quiet and relaxing here, almost like being in a different world. This hotel has a soul, and the people working here are polite, kind, and helpful. Even when someone didn't speak English very well, they patiently tried to explain things. I'd recommend this beautiful boutique hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful atmosphere.

The beach is just a block away, and the hotel has a car to take you there. They provide service at the beach, where you can eat very cheaply with the locals. The service at the hotel is amazing, and it has everything you'd want in a boutique hotel. The drinks and cocktails were perfect. This place is amazing, and I can't wait to go back.
