Room 208. The main problem was how noisy it was. Large groups of local tourists kept the foyer and reception busy, and sound traveled up the open stairwell. Guests gathered by the lifts, speaking loudly and calling to each other across the hall through the day and into the night. Soundproofing was poor, so we could still hear it all in the room. If a good night's sleep matters to you, this may not be the right place. Breakfast was another letdown. We went around 8:30 am and there was very little food left, with nothing being replenished. We didn't go back the next day, partly because the 6:30 am-9:30 am breakfast hours didn't suit us anyway. We paid a lot because of the Reunification day & Labour day price surge, and it didn't feel worth it since we couldn't sleep well.

The staff were helpful and enthusiastic throughout, from check-in to check-out, and the driver picked me up from the airport and dropped me back there. The rooms were clean, and the location was central, close to restaurants and attractions. After a day of sightseeing, it was nice to relax somewhere comfortable, and it felt worth the money. I'd highly recommend it.
