We had a comfortable, clean room, and the location was perfect for us. The fridge didn't work, but we didn't ask to have it changed.

(23/02/25) The room was clean and the bed comfortable, and the location suited us well, within walking distance of the night market. The owners were friendly and helpful, and they understand English. They also rent motorbikes and scooters. You'll need to fill the fuel yourself, but there's a gas station nearby. You can ask the owner for a kettle.

We booked rooms for four people from 27/7 to 29/7, but there were fleas in every room and we were all very itchy. We had to keep switching rooms. One towel was so dirty that I threw it in the trash and was ready to pay for it. The owners said unkind things to us and gave me just one towel, even though two of us were staying in the room. I wouldn't recommend this place, and I won't come back.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and having a fridge was useful. The older woman who was around during the day was extremely nice. Most of my stay was peaceful, though in the last two days people smoked on the balcony outside my room and the smoke drifted in. I was in the second-to-last room on the second floor, though I can't remember its number. In the bathroom, water dripped from the ceiling in two spots, by the back edge of the toilet seat and in front of the sink, perhaps once every 30-45 seconds. I had planned to give this homestay five stars, but on the evening of May 15th, the owner yelled at his daughter. I don't understand Vietnamese, but they were sitting near reception and it seemed to be about her doing poorly at school. I went downstairs to make it clear I knew what was happening, but he kept yelling, so I alerted the National Hotline for Child Protection.
