The rooms were clean and quiet, and the staff were really kind and helpful, so I’d stay again even at whatever price they charged. We’d only booked because we needed somewhere cheap for one night before an early flight, and HostelWorld showed a private room for $3. We were surprised, but hadn’t had booking problems before. Check-in was difficult for the staff, though they let us go to the room. By checkout the next morning, the price had become $12, and they said they had no HostelWorld booking. We showed our documents, and the staff worked with us to sort it out. The assistant manager spoke perfect English, which helped a lot. They gave us 20% off their cheapest room, so we paid $10, and drove us to the airport for free. We agreed that both sides would share their documentation and contact HostelWorld to resolve the issue. Nd is the assistant manager, a great guy!

I was struck by the stylish bar on the ground floor, and my room was clean with a lovely view of Asian Park. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip.

I paid 354,000 dong for a room that was too small and dirty. How was I supposed to sleep there? The receptionist couldn’t speak English, and I couldn’t get through on your phone number. Bye.
