The food made dinner a real pleasure, with delicious local dishes alongside Western choices, and the atmosphere was especially lovely. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive too. At check-in, Ms. Thuy Pham gave me a warm welcome, explained the services in detail, and shared genuinely useful travel tips. I also loved how the room was designed. It was elegant, clean, well maintained, and fully equipped, with a balcony looking straight over the rice fields. The hotel sits right in front of those beautiful fields, so it feels peaceful and scenic while still being close enough to walk to Hoi An Ancient Town. You can rent bicycles there, which makes the ride to the beach easy and lets you enjoy the countryside views along the way. This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, better than many well-known upscale chains. I highly recommend it and will stay here again on my next visit to Hoi An.

The views and interior design were beautiful, and I’d had a positive impression at first. I booked two nights for my birthday, visited the spa twice, and enjoyed the atmosphere. I wanted to leave with warm memories, but the check-out day changed that. After using the spa, I’d left a bathrobe by the pool. Several staff members got involved in what felt like a full search operation instead of handling it calmly and discreetly. It made me deeply uncomfortable, as if I were suspected of doing something wrong rather than treated as a valued guest. The hotel presents itself as offering high-level service and attention to detail, but in that moment protecting its property seemed to matter more than the guest experience. That final incident erased the good impression from the previous two days. I can’t recommend the hotel, especially given the occasion.

The breakfast was delicious and changed a little from day to day. The pool was refreshing in Hoi An’s heat, and there are free bikes to borrow. You can get around on foot or by bike. The hotel is just outside town, easy to reach but tucked away from the bustle among peaceful rice fields. From the staff and rooms to the location, everything was lovely. I couldn’t give it enough stars. I’d recommend it to anyone thinking about visiting Vietnam, and if we can, we’ll definitely come back as often as possible.

Being beside the rice fields and away from the Old Town is such a gift. It’s peaceful, but still easy to reach things by bike, whether you’re heading into the city or out to the beach. The design is breathtaking, with every detail feeling harmonious, refined, and thoughtfully put together. There’s a calm elegance throughout. Breakfast was exceptional, and the service was the warmest and most attentive we’ve ever had. I honestly haven’t experienced anything quite like it. There aren’t enough words for the stay. Everyone should go, and stay as long as they can.
