The front desk staff were friendly and quick to help whenever I needed something. I arrived earlier than expected, and they kindly let me check in early. The hot water stayed steady the whole five days, and the facilities were new and beautiful. I felt comfortable and happy during my stay. I did spot tiny ants on the bedsheet on a few days, but it wasn’t a big issue. Thanks again to the front desk staff for helping me ❤️

They charged me 480,000 VND over a toothpaste stain on a towel, which felt unfair and unprofessional. The staff were unfriendly, and whenever we returned to the hotel they looked at us as if we didn’t belong there. That judgmental attitude made us very uncomfortable.

The room we booked was huge but almost empty, with enough room for a small kitchen and other things. It needs more investment. Breakfast was okay. The woman at the eggs & pho station was amazing, but her colleague, probably the chef, seemed bored all the time. He ate at the table with his backpack on the seat, then went outside in his work clothes when he’d finished.

It’s fairly new, clean, and reasonably priced, with its own restaurant for breakfast and other meals. Being near the highway makes getting around quick. It’s not too noisy at night.
