Astoria Hanoi Hotel & Travel

The location made it easy to explore Hanoi, with cafes, restaurants, attractions, and shops nearby. The area felt safe and was easy to walk around, even at night. Our clean, comfortable room was a relaxing place to return to after sightseeing. Heidi and the rest of the staff were kind, professional, and accommodating, and made sure everything went smoothly for our family. They also arranged our tours so the plans were organized and stress-free. The team helped with our Vietnam visa processing too, and approval came through in just 5-6 hours, which exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay at Astoria Hanoi Hotel & Travel. Thanks to Heidi, Tung, and the whole team for looking after us so well.

Heidi at reception made our stay memorable. She was warm, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations or other requests. The room was clean, cozy, and well kept, and the hotel was quiet and comfortable at night despite being close to lots of attractions, restaurants, and cafes in Hanoi Old Quarter. I'd happily stay at Astoria Hotel again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Heidi really stood out during our stay. She speaks good English and went out of her way to help us, which impressed us a lot. She deserves recognition. We arrived in Hanoi without plans, so being right in the city center made it easy to visit the sights. The room was clean, roomy enough, and had what we needed. Hot water took a little while, but it was fine. There’s no breakfast, though plenty of restaurants nearby. The only drawback was having to pay cash, even though we booked through booking .com. Great location, recommended.

The receptionist made this stay especially good. She was so welcoming and upbeat, upgraded our room, and helped with everything we asked for. Thanks, Heidi 🙏 We stayed two nights and thought the hotel was great value. It’s very central, with good places to eat and shop close by. There was some normal nighttime noise, but we slept without any trouble.
