Aurora Premium - A Lifestyle Hotel

On the day we left, Stephen helped our group move a large amount of luggage and even walked with us to the bus waiting area. His warm, thoughtful help meant a lot, and all the hotel staff were kind and welcoming during our stay at Aurora Premium Boutique Hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. The hot weather in Vietnam made getting around and keeping to our daily plans somewhat difficult, but the hotel was cool, comfortable, and well maintained, so we could rest pleasantly. I also enjoyed breakfast, especially the very delicious beef pho in the morning. At first I was a little surprised that the bed was right beside the room entrance. I was told that rooms in many Old Quarter hotels have a similar layout and condition. Thank you again to everyone at the hotel for your kindness and hospitality.

A few things could have been handled better. We lost Wi-Fi on the evening of May 22 and it was still out when we checked out the next day. I understand the internet provider was responsible, not the hotel, but the front office should proactively tell affected rooms what’s going on and give an estimated repair time if possible. The rest of our stay at Aurora Premium was unforgettable. The hotel facade and lobby looked new and modern, and we especially liked the signature scent and colorful furniture fabrics. Thanks for upgrading us to a Triple De Luxe room, which was a little bigger, with a Smart TV and plush bedding that made for good sleep. Comet Restaurant’s breakfast buffet had a curated selection, including made-to-order Pho and other local dishes, though it leaned more toward international cuisine. We had an early checkout, and Ms. Moon put together a takeaway bag of bread and fruit. Fantastic service from Ms. Moon. Skylight Skybar offered 30% off at Happy Hour from 4:30pm to 6:30pm, and the same discount during Late Night Happy Hour from 10pm to midnight. We went up to the 12F for fantastic views of Hoan Kiem lake and the city skyline. It was nice to sit, have a drink, and enjoy the view, with upbeat music adding to the relaxed vibe. The staff made the stay, especially Jennie, Zoe, and the ever-smiling David. Germany deserves a special mention for helping me find the duck restaurant a few buildings alongside the hotel. We’d highly recommend Aurora Premium and stay again in Hanoi.

The atmosphere was relaxing, and noise levels were manageable enough for us to sleep comfortably throughout our stay. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of delicious dishes to choose from. The hotel is in Hanoi Old Quarter, near the airport and close to the city’s most visited tourist attractions. Our room was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for luggage and the essentials we needed while traveling, including a hair blower, hangers, cabinets, and other useful amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service was excellent. It was worth every penny.

On my first visit to Ha Noi, the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I came in. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I chose an internal window room, so it was quiet all night. Breakfast on the 11th floor had the hotel’s best view, with lots of food options that suited me. Most of all, the staff gave topnotch service and always did their best. Thanks to Moon and Jennie, who were pretty and friendly and always greeted me with a smile. I’d definitely return to Aurora Premium on another visit to Ha Noi. 👍🤩
