Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious mix of fresh Vietnamese dishes and international favorites. The staff were wonderful from check-in through checkout, warm and attentive throughout. Special thanks to Joyce, Nam, Dung, Ngoc, and Quang Anh for their kindness, professionalism and helpful recommendations. They really helped make my stay comfortable and memorable. The location was ideal for our Hanoi trip. It’s an easy, short walk to the Old Quarter and all its busy streets, shops and food stalls, then back to a peaceful, quiet room at night. We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have chosen a better spot. The hotel made the visit extra special, and I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

When we checked out, the hotel surprised us with a lovely gift of tea. Such a thoughtful detail made the stay memorable. De Syloya Hotel was clean, comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the staff were amazing. They were polite and incredibly helpful, always going out of their way to make our visit special. Special thanks to Pham Hoang Nam and the wonderful reception team, who were ready to help with anything and made us feel welcome throughout.
