Five stars for the security guard, who was really friendly and helpful. This location is a bit older than their other ones, but it's still nice, renovated, and has everything you need. There's an elevator and a laundry machine available to use, and you can park your bikes. The online receptionist is friendly too. They ask you to pay in cash, so be ready for that. The area is known for shopping, especially Ba Trieu, and has lots of good places to eat, from local options to more upscale restaurants.

We had such a good stay at Hanoi Bliss that we booked it again for our last night after spending our first nights in Hanoi there. The location is very good, with good restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, spotless, and everything felt perfect. Communication was incredible, and the staff helped us with everything we wanted, including transport and tours.

There were lots of food places to choose from nearby, and the location is a great option if you want to stay outside the main old town. I stayed one night and had a great time. Check-in was easy, and the room was very clean and well maintained, with a comfortable bed, a large kitchen, bathroom, and TV. I'd recommend it.

We had a great stay at Hanoi Bliss Mai Hac De. The staff were kind and helpful, and the room was lovely and clean, with a big comfortable bed. It's well located near the park and plenty of cafes and restaurants. I'd recommend it and stay again.

The bed was the comfiest I've slept in during three months of travelling around SEA. We also had a great experience at Hanoi Bliss Mai Hac De, with a clean, modern, spacious room that was genuinely comfortable. Communication was excellent from the start, and check-in was easy. The kind owner helped us arrange onward travel, and it worked out perfectly. There's 24/7 security, and the guard was always kind and greeted us warmly. What a lovely stay, five stars, and I'd recommend it without hesitation.
