HB Serviced Apartment - 121B Quan Hoa

Communication over WhatsApp was easy and smooth, and the staff dealt with a room change quickly when noise from outside the window became an issue. I've stayed here twice, and both rooms were very large and comfortable. One thing to know is that some bedrooms have no windows, which is pretty common in Hanoi.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment. A good spot for some quiet time, and not too far from the old quarters.

We used to stay here regularly until we got our first house. The rooms were large and had plenty of amenities that made them feel like home, though they weren't fancy or romantic. The price and location worked well for us. The security man was super nice, and the staff were helpful and kind too. Wishing them the best.

I've stayed at HB Serviced Apartments since 2022, and it's my go-to whenever I come to Hanoi. The location works well for my meetings, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. Staff are polite, including the security guards, and they've kept things I've forgotten several times. I do wish management were more flexible about early check-in when a room is available. Otherwise, I highly recommend staying here in Hanoi.
