LA house

They were friendly, and changing my booking was no trouble. Thanks.

I booked here once at the start of 2025 and got a pretty good room, so I came back in October 2025 for two nights. I arrived late for check-in and couldn't reach the number listed on Agoda at first. Eventually someone answered, though I guess they weren't the homestay owner, and put me on the third floor. That room turned out to have a shared bathroom with such a bad smell that I didn't dare use it for either night. The bedding was dusty too. It seemed unchanged, just superficially cleaned and sprayed lightly with air freshener. The area didn't feel very safe either: there was a phone theft on the street downstairs the day I stayed. Parking is limited, probably only enough for two or three cars, and opening the doors is cumbersome. The price is cheap, but the quality was only average for me. I won't return. This is just my own experience, so use it as a reference and decide for yourself.

I wouldn't come back. The room was damp, and the bedding smelled as if it hadn't been changed for a long time. The shared bathroom had a very unpleasant odor, and there was no receptionist. They also charged an extra 50k for early entry.

For what I paid for Room 1, everything was fine and good value. There are plenty of food options nearby, so it's easy to try local dishes. I got a discount after contacting the owner, Ms. Lan Anh, directly.
