Lestar Hotel Hanoi

The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Lestar Hotel Hanoi is also well placed for excursions and within walking distance of the charm of the Old Quarter. Service was excellent throughout, professional and very friendly. The staff were well trained, spoke very good English, and were always welcoming and ready to help. Highly recommended for a Hanoi visit.

We felt right at home here. The room was stunning and had a mini balcony, and breakfast was so delicious. The hotel is within walking distance of the HaNoi old quarter, so we didn’t need an Uber or Grab. The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and quick to help.

The room’s air conditioning didn’t work properly, making the stay very uncomfortable in the extremely hot, sunny weather. We raised it with staff, but they didn’t resolve the problem satisfactorily. When we needed help, the staff also weren’t very cooperative or helpful. Proper room maintenance and good customer service are basic expectations, so this was a disappointing stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the facilities and guest service.

Chi Dang was the highlight of our stay. She worked incredibly hard, kept smiling and made sure every request we had was taken care of. She deserves endless recognition and is a real asset to the hotel. The location is very convenient, and the rooms seem renovated and were clean. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the showers.
