The fitness room was very nice, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. He even arranged laundry service several times and helped us book a pickleball court. Nagomi Residence was spotless, modern, and extremely spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the internet was strong and reliable, and the amenities were top quality. There were even small snacks, cakes, and complimentary water waiting for us, which made us feel welcome. We had an amazing stay in Hanoi and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We spent nearly two months here as a family, and the place was clean, comfortable, and clearly well looked after. Mr. Tran was especially kind and attentive throughout our stay, always polite and quick to respond. He really cared about making sure we were comfortable. We had a great time in Hanoi and would happily recommend staying here. Thanks for everything.

The host was the highlight for us. He answered questions quickly, took care of our laundry, and even booked us a pickleball court during Tet. The Nagomi residence was clean and had plenty of room for two couples. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return. 10/10, would recommend.

During our 2.5-month trip around Asia, this was easily the best place we stayed. We spent a week in these apartments and loved how comfortable everything was, from the thoughtful layout and equipment to the clean rooms and kind hosts. The Japanese district location worked well for us, and the service was excellent, including laundry. The owners made us feel looked after, and the little details made the stay special. Thank you so much ❤️
