OYO 332 Moon Villa Hotel

I've never had a hotel stay this dirty, smelly, and awful. The yellow-stained sheets and pillows looked unchanged, and mosquitoes were around. After lying down for only five minutes, my whole body was itching. A real nightmare.

The toilet was clogged, and when I reported it at reception, no one fixed it. I had to use the lobby toilet, which was clogged too. They told the customer to unclog it themselves or hire someone. There was no sign by the door saying ceramic toilets couldn't be used, so I had to pay for it myself. When I asked why nobody had come after I complained, the receptionist said no one had reported it. I asked them to check the camera, but they wouldn't. Then they claimed I hadn't paid for the water, even though I'd just handed over the money. When I said I had paid, the receptionist raised his face and asked who I'd paid. This was the morning receptionist at 9am on November 8, 2025.

The sheets were yellowed and the linens dusty, so the room was awful, even at 350k VND. I was only 10 minutes late checking in, yet they charged me another 50k VND for an hour. I'm sure people will come here once and not return.

At 350k VND, this wasn't worth the price. The TV didn't work, the bathroom smelled terrible, the blankets were ripped, and the mattress was dirty.
