I ended up here by accident, and the staff gave us amazing service as soon as we arrived. They were so helpful!

My first stay at Ping hotel was a great experience. Everything was excellent and clean, and the service was good. Vu was especially friendly and nice, helped me throughout, and even suggested places to visit and eat in Hanoi. Thanks!

The rooms were reasonably clean, and Lily, Vu, and Bao made very good hot tea. They were also friendly and prepared vegetarian food for us, which is hard to find in town.

The staff were extremely polite, cooperative, and helpful. The rooms are clean, cozy, and have enough space. The upholstery is only moderate and could be better.

It's a good value for money, with a well-kept hotel, clean rooms, friendly welcoming staff, and a good breakfast spread. Reception staff understand English, which is useful if you don't understand Vietnamese. They can also arrange airport pickup and drop-off at a very reasonable rate compared with other online options. You can reach them by email with any booking questions or requests.
