Splendid Hotel & Spa

The location was perfect, and we’d definitely stay again, purely because of Hannah. From the time we booked, her service was amazing. She arranged our airport pickup, gave us brilliant local tips for food and things to do, and even helped with our washing. Give this girl a pay rise!!

Hannah and Flora’s helpful local recommendations really brightened our visit. They seemed to anticipate what we needed, and their charm made the whole experience feel warm and cared for. The hotel is right by Hanoi’s restaurants, culture, and everyday essentials, so getting around and exploring was easy. Our room was a spacious, comfortable retreat, with a magnificent plush bed that gave us wonderfully restful sleep. Everything was immaculate. From the moment we arrived, each request was handled promptly with a gracious smile. The hospitality felt genuine and flawless, and every detail seemed thoughtfully taken care of. It was a haven that made the stay unforgettable.

Hannah and Flora were such lovely, helpful people. We’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and this was the friendliest staff we’ve ever met. We’ll miss them ❤️ The old town location by Ho Hoan Kiem was perfect. Our two-night stay was just right, with clean, comfy rooms, a big shower, dreamy soft pillows, and an elevator for the luggage. 100% recommended.

The staff were the real highlight for me. They were warm and welcoming, and always ready with directions, tips, or whatever help I needed. Bling and Hana were especially friendly and knowledgeable, and their genuine hospitality made me feel at home from the start. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with a cozy bed, working air conditioning, and spotless daily housekeeping. It was surprisingly quiet despite being in a busy part of the Old Quarter. The location made exploring easy, with food, cafés, shops, and Hoan Kiem Lake all close by.
