Hugh was especially helpful, giving me the information I needed to explore the city. The reception team were welcoming and friendly, and check-in went smoothly. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of fresh, tasty choices, and the cleaning staff kept the room in great shape throughout my stay. I had a wonderful visit and would happily recommend the hotel.

The food was good and the people were nice, but the room was disappointing. I couldn't control the temperature. When I called the front desk, they said they'd ask the engineer to lower it, and it only went down by one degree. The shower also overflowed, so I had to stop it a couple of times to let the water drain. On my last day I sent one pair of shorts, socks, a handkerchief, and a pillowcase to the hotel laundry. It cost the same as eight kilos of laundry in Hoi An. Don't use their laundry service!

The spa felt calming, especially the hand massage and nail care. The staff were attentive, friendly, and polite. There are spacious treatment areas for several services, as well as a private VIP room. With greenery all around, the place feels fresh and relaxing. A simple but memorable visit.

The hotel is a quick Grab ride from the old quarter, and there are local vendors nearby serving proper street food, not tourist stuff. The rooms and staff were lovely, and the sky bar was really cool. Drinks were a little pricey, but it was a perfect place to relax when we were jetlagged. I'd definitely come back.

We stayed on the sixth floor, right in the city center, and had a very good experience. The room was high quality and had everything you'd need, including a bathtub and bath salts. There were plenty of charging points and several universal sockets. The view wasn't much, but that was fine. The hotel has a pool, room service, a small gym, spa and massage facilities, plus a decent breakfast menu. The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful. A comfortable place to stay in Hanoi, and I'd recommend it.
