A bad experience. The bus fell and broke the fairing, and there was no compensation. The cleaning staff had a bad attitude. They just licked the dust off the car.

The parking costs 8,000 VND, but the attendants’ attitude was awful even before I went inside. One male customer asked an attendant to help move his motorbike out, and was told to do it himself. I won’t use this parking spot again.

I wouldn’t recommend using this as an office. The building has frequent power and water outages, usually without much notice, and the facilities are terrible. The outdoor parking is cramped and hard to maneuver in. It’s also unsanitary, with pigeons leaving droppings all over the cars. After 10 PM, parking costs an extra 15,000 VND.

The residents were friendly and civilized, and the receptionist was lovely and helpful. There’s parking available for delivery drivers.
