The location is ideal, right near Circle K, Highland Coffee, Pharmacity, and Vietcombank. The room is quiet and clean, with nice furniture and a washing machine and kitchen. The space and furnishings suit one person staying there.

I was placed here for temporary housing through my company. It's a former hotel converted into serviced apartments, tucked into a corner of a commercial facility. The card-key floor access keeps outsiders from getting in. The furniture and appliances are all there, including dishes, an iron, and a hair dryer. Daily necessities are within walking distance, there's a bank in the same building, and Vinhomes is very close. There are quite a few restaurants for foreigners nearby, including Pizza 4ps a few minutes away, plus a supermarket in Saigon Pearl across the street. I can walk to Pham Bich Chan and sometimes drive to Le Thanh Thong, so getting around hasn't been a problem. It's undeniably old, though. When I moved in, the window lock was broken and the shower wasn't hot, but both were fixed quickly. The fire alarm malfunctioned, the breaker tripped, and a power outage once trapped me in the elevator. Since there weren't any floors and people were coming and going, I wasn't too worried. The view and conditions varied between the two locations I had in the same building: one faced a main street and was noisy or poorly lit. The maids sometimes made big mistakes, like leaving the room door open or missing the cleaning date. Before I started work one morning, the water supply failed, so I had no water and couldn't flush the toilet. That was a real pain, though repairs were arranged quickly. Over time I understood this is Vietnam and got used to it. The security guards and people in the area are decent. I was looking for safety while keeping internet and management fees within my company's budget, and I didn't want to waste money on living expenses. In the end, I was happy with the arrangement. But if you want perfection, or are willing to pay more for a condominium's atmosphere over convenience, you'd be safer avoiding this hotel.

The price is reasonable, the location is convenient, and the staff are friendly. A good option if you're looking for a place to check in!
