We had no complaints and really enjoyed both the room and the staff. The male receptionist was cheerful and welcoming, and kept checking that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Our room on the third floor was spacious enough, with a nice bathroom. There were no smells and we didn’t hear any noise. People mention that the rooms have no windows, but with the AC on, that didn’t bother us at all.

The front office team made my stay memorable. They were warm, professional, and attentive from check-in through departure, handling everything smoothly. Since I had an early morning flight, they kindly put together a takeaway breakfast for me. I had a comfortable stay at this hotel in Vietnam and really appreciated the staff’s genuine care. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Vietnam for the hospitality as well as the accommodation.

The rooftop bar was excellent and very cheap, and there are lots of shops nearby. My room was clean and nice, with a balcony over Bui Vien Street, good facilities, and a spacious modern bathroom. Breakfast on the roof was adequate, and the staff were friendly. It gets very noisy until 5am because it’s so close to the party street. Bring earplugs.

The buffet breakfast had a delicious spread, and room service was surprisingly good and convenient. The views were nice too, and the location right by Bui Vien made it easy to reach lots of attractions. I expected the noise to be an issue, but it wasn’t. Earplugs were provided, though we didn’t really need them. For the price, it felt well worth it, and I’d stay here again.

Breakfast was amazing, especially the pho. There was plenty of tasty food and upbeat music around the downtown area, so we never lacked things to do. It’s a fun place to stay and a great base for exploring Ho Chi Minh City. I’ve tried other nearby hotels, and this one is my favorite.
