Fusion Suites Saigon

The staff were the best part of my stay. Everyone, from reception to the restaurant, was warm, professional, and keen to help. They shared ideas for sights, local food, and restaurants, which made my time in the city better. When I felt unwell one morning and only wanted tea and toast, a staff member noticed and offered to bring it to my table. I didn’t have to keep going back and forth to the buffet. They also prepared takeaway breakfast for my very early departure, since I’d be leaving before the buffet opened. I really appreciated both gestures. Fusion Suites Saigon is in a handy central spot in District 1, within walking distance of Ben Thanh Market, Tao Dan Park, and lots of cafes and restaurants. Even so, the hotel felt quiet and restful, away from the busy streets. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, spotless, and comfortable, with everything I needed. I paid a little extra for a corner room and thought it was worth it: the higher floor had a lovely city view, and the natural light made the room feel welcoming. I also liked the layout, with the bed in the middle rather than against a wall, and the artwork in the lobby and hallways added to the atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, with Vietnamese and Western options, fresh juice, and good coffee in a pleasant setting. For the fair price, room quality, and service, it’s great value. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

We spent our last night before flying at Fusion Suites Sài Gòn, and it’s among the best hotels I’ve stayed in, maybe the best. It stands out even alongside European hotels. The room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and really comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, and breakfast had lots of tasty options. If I have another layover in Saigon, I’ll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at Fusion Suites. It’s on a quieter street, away from the crazy traffic, but still just a short walk from everywhere. There are good restaurants along the same street, plus a great spa and coffee place across the road. The staff were professional, helpful, and patient. A special mention for John and Kiet. John carefully helped book a hair spa treatment for the four of us, even though we all wanted different things and the place was quite far away. He listened closely, wrote down all the details, arranged it, and called me personally when we changed the time to confirm the new appointment. Kiet helped us book Grab bikes. It was our first time riding one and we were a little nervous, so he came outside to wait with us and asked the driver to go carefully and keep us safe. Thanks to Fusion Suites and its lovely staff, our vacation was memorable. I’d definitely recommend it to friends and stay here again.

I’m only one night into a two-night stay, but already wanted to leave a great review. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in HCMC, and Fusion has been the best by quite a bit. The service has been excellent all around, with special thanks to Henry for helping with my bags. Breakfast has a nice selection of Asian and Western food, including fresh fruit, desserts, and savory dishes. My room is cozy, very clean, and distinctively designed. Best of all, it keeps the noise out well. I’d stay again without hesitation.
