I understand being told no, but the way it was handled was awful. They wouldn’t let me use the restroom and yelled “no” at me. That was completely unfriendly.

I was so disappointed to leave a gold chain on a chair in the room and be told by staff that they hadn’t seen it. The room itself had a clogged bathroom drain, a broken refrigerator and TV, and no drinking water or even tissue paper. The one redeeming point was how close it is to Sai Gon train station.
It was ok.
We were six people on a business trip and got one single room and one double room. The owner was quite nice, though she didn’t seem to like customers asking lots of questions. We had to pay upfront while they held onto our documents, which felt distrustful. The location near Saigon Train Station was handy for catching our train, and there was a market and some decent food nearby. Check-in was at 12 PM and checkout at 6:10 PM. The rooms cost 350k and 400k respectively, which felt quite expensive.
At around 400,000 VND a night, it’s a budget-friendly option if you’re coming to Ho Chi Minh City by train. The station is within walking distance, and the hotel is close to it.
