Novotel Saigon Centre

The rooftop was my favorite place to wind down, with wide Saigon views, a tasty mocktail, and a lovely evening atmosphere. I also loved the Executive Lounge, especially the macarons and cakes alongside those city views. My room felt cozy, the bed was just right, and I got a beautiful sunset from the window. The staff were attentive and professional, breakfast had a nice buffet, and the pool and gym were great. Novotel Saigon Centre felt like home right in the middle of the city, with lovely design and everything I wanted for a stay. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

The pool was freezing for all four days, so I wish its temperature could be controlled. Otherwise, I had a nice stay and the staff were helpful. The food and coffee shop downstairs were great, and breakfast included vegetarian options too. The location is the best part: right in the centre, with everything about five minutes away. If you shop till you drop, this is a perfect base. I’d love to stay here again.

Mr. Viet and the team, An, Tam, and Tram, made my birthday feel truly memorable. They were welcoming, attentive, and professional, which added so much to a lovely evening. The seafood was fresh and delicious, and I really enjoyed how it was prepared. I especially liked the lobsters, while the kids loved the tender, tasty beef. We had such a cozy evening here.

The hotel was well maintained, and the price felt reasonable for the quality. The staff were great throughout, and the room had no odd smell when we walked in. Its temperature stayed comfortable even when we left, unlike places where it shuts off. Breakfast was simple and fine, nothing to brag about. We stayed a few days while getting ready to head home, and the location worked well for getting around. We enjoyed our stay. It feels like a true four-star hotel, not one of those overrated places that leave you badly disappointed.
