There was nothing nearby for a proper meal or even a decent coffee, and the room had ants. After my surgery, I stayed in the room for the whole visit, but staff never came to count the water bottles or clean it, despite later saying they had cleaned it for three days. We checked in at midnight on 10/14 and left at noon on 10/16, just three nights, yet their system showed we had been there since 10/12 and counted more than twice as many bottles. We checked the charges carefully and had to show our flight arrival time on the boarding pass to prove the dates. It took a while to sort out. The mistake cost me time getting to the airport, and no one even apologized. I’m unhappy with the hotel and its staff. They were unprofessional, and it wasn’t worth the money for this location.

I lost belongings during a five-night stay, October 31 to November 5, 2018, and only noticed after checking out. If you leave anything in the room, I’d be careful when staff come in to clean or inspect it. The hotel also wasn’t quiet: I could hear noise late at night and in the morning during room cleaning. There were also a lot of working girls coming in and out. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Clean rooms, air conditioning, and enthusiastic staff make this a good fit for foreign travelers. It’s about five minutes from the railway station and close to Lan Anh Restaurant, which is a good place to eat. Nice for a short stay, though the rate was around 2 USD a night above the usual range.

One staff member lied to me about the price, claiming it had gone up when it hadn’t. The hotel should ban him before this costs them more customers. If you stay here, make sure to ask about the price.
