I lost my deposit and never got the room. I sent it using incorrect information, which was my fault, but then they kept asking me to enter a code to get a refund. They still didn’t return the money or make a booking, and blocked me on the hotel’s Facebook page. This is a scam, avoid this place.

The room was clean and cute, and the consultant was enthusiastic. Very convenient.
