A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel "The MOKA Hotel" is located in Ho Chi Minh City. This hotel is located in walking distance from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Bui Vien Walking Street, Independence Palace and Saigon Centre.

The location was very good, but the rooms felt basic and worn. You could hear the hotel’s own rooftop bar really loudly because there was no sound insulation facing outside. I wouldn’t recommend breakfast, better to find somewhere else in the morning.
The room was okay for amenities, but the soundproofing was poor. Street noise came right through, and there was also a club blasting music on the top floor. Getting to reception was awkward too. The hotel is tucked inside a fashion shop, and you have to pass several desks for the shop, club, and lounge first. Not for me.
We had a couple of days to enjoy HCM city with friends, and I booked PostCo bag service to keep our luggage safe. Breakfast was tasty, and lots of interesting attractions were within walking distance.
The place looks like the pictures, but inside it feels about 50 years older. It’s rated as a 3 star hotel, though I think it deserves 1 star. Don’t expect much of a hotel.
Good value for the price, and the location is excellent. The front desk guy in the blue shirt was always helpful and opened the door for us.
