The elevator waits here can eat up your time. Management seems to have little control: people with no cargo use the freight elevator freely, while those who need it are told to take the regular one and then get lectured by staff. The double standard feels ridiculous, as if rules only count when convenient for them. Don’t expect basic organization or fairness.

I spent one night in the Penthouse. The rooms were decent, but not clean, and ants were crawling around. Nobody was available to help carry my luggage upstairs. One guard treated guests and taxi drivers badly, though I unfortunately didn’t get his name. The other guard was a good guy and spoke nicely.

We expected a luxury apartment or hotel, so arriving to find something nowhere near luxury was a shock. The photos are misleading, the rooms are smaller than advertised, and the beds are small and hard. The apartment was dirty and full of ants, including ants crawling on the toilet seat. When we raised it, a woman came in and sprayed Raid around the room. The showers were dirty and full of grout. We’re from the US and have stayed in hotels in many countries; this was by far the worst. We booked four nights and left after the first day.

The delivery driver left a package with the security guard, and it went missing. When I asked about it, the guard said he knew nothing and acted annoyed. It was really frustrating.
