The apartment is new, clean, and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. The friendly, welcoming family lives downstairs. It's well located within walking distance of the lake and lots of restaurants. We hired bikes nearby and exploring Tam Coc was a highlight. Laundry is available, and there's a nice terrace on the 4th floor where you can enjoy the views and sunshine. Highly recommend it!

My friend and I turned up at 3am looking for somewhere to stay and were welcomed warmly. We spent two nights here, and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and modern, with working hot showers, and the price is very reasonable. 10/10, would recommend.

We only booked one night in Room 301. It feels more like a hotel than a homestay, and the place is very new. The location in Tam Coc is good and it was quiet. Staff were very friendly, though their English wasn't that good. We got by fine with a translator app. Good value for money!

The family is so nice, and for what you get, the prices are super cheap. They even refunded me for one day when I decided to leave earlier than expected to visit Cat Ba. It's a new place owned by the family who live on the ground floor. The location is amazing, and the room and bed are very comfy.
