Ruby Luxury Hotel

We stayed for six days and felt safe throughout. Sunrise Nha Trang could suit a quiet holiday: you can listen to the waves, catch the early sunrise, take photos, walk along the beach, and swim in the sea. Breakfast had plenty of choices. The room was cleaned daily, but it didn’t feel like five-star accommodation. The ceiling light was too dim, the balcony light and one of the room lights didn’t work, and water leaked from the bathroom onto the floor outside. It made that area slippery, so you had to be careful. The towels varied in thickness and didn’t feel new 😎. At breakfast, we heard a few staff speaking loudly and discussing guests, which affected our experience. Every day brings a new joy. I hope others have a better experience with the service here.

The balcony view from room 407 was amazing, and we spent 11 nights there. After more than 50 years of traveling around the world, I’d say this is probably the best value and quality hotel we’ve stayed in. The staff, owners, and managers deserve congratulations. The service was top-notch and nothing seemed like too much trouble. We also enjoyed the excellent room, quality restaurants, and breakfast. Nha Trang is lovely to visit in January, so if we come back, we’ll undoubtedly stay at The Sunrise Hotel and Spa again.

We were a large family group, and the front desk handled our requests before, during, and after the five-day stay. They even made sure we knew about items we’d left behind. The staff were impeccably professional and took care of everything. I especially enjoyed starting my day at the gym and having a treatment at the Day Spa. Breakfast came with delightful piano music, and we kept meeting in the front restaurant because we liked its atmosphere. The hotel is older, which didn’t bother us. My room was large and clean, with a fantastic bed and pillows, both of which matter a lot to me. We found the hotel wonderful and felt it looked after all our needs. Thank you for making the stay so nice.

I’ve stayed here twice and will definitely come back. The ocean views from the spacious, clean rooms are breathtaking, and I loved the elegant balcony. The hotel is in a prime spot in Nha Trang, and the staff are friendly. I also really enjoyed the talented pianists playing live during breakfast each morning.
