The staff were lovely, breakfast was good and the pool was nice. The room was okay, though the bathroom caused some trouble. There was no screen or curtain around the shower, so water got all over the room, and the temperature and pressure were inconsistent. The TV didn’t work very well either. The hotel’s best feature is its location in the heart of Phu Quoc city centre. There are several great restaurants with sunset views right outside, and the night market is within walking distance.

Even though it’s right in the city, the place is peaceful. The staff were helpful and accommodating despite the language barrier, and my family and I loved staying here. You can walk to the beach, and the hotel has lots of itinerary options if you haven’t planned your trip yet. I’ll definitely come back!

The garden is lovely, though a few spots could use some attention. There’s renovation work happening around the property, but it didn’t bother us. The pool seems to be one of the biggest in the city centre, and it doesn’t have seashells. Our room was one of the cheaper, older ones, but the bed was still comfortable.

The staff were warm and enthusiastic, and I really enjoyed the food. Breakfast changed every day, and every version was delicious. The hotel is in a great location, and it also offers paid yoga classes that are very high quality. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it.

We came for two nights and ended up adding two more because we loved this cute place so much. It’s well located near the beach and good restaurants, with free breakfast, and it was a lovely base for relaxing and exploring the island. The people here are so sweet. They even gave us a gift for Women’s Day, which was really touching.
