Coconuts Beach Club Resort & Spa

At Mica Restaurant, I tried the NZ steak on both visits. It was pricey and really grisly, like second grade steak. The waiters were rude and unfriendly both times.

We came over on foot from a neighboring resort and were welcomed with complimentary taro chips and pizza bread during happy hour. Such perfect hospitality. Thanks, Coconuts.

One windy night, my shoes blew off the fale. I took a kayak out to look and got one back, while the other is presumably still somewhere in the ocean 😂 That’s one of the funny memories I’ll keep from a trip that meant so much to me. I brought my nephew to Coconut Beach Resort hoping to give him a holiday he’d remember forever, and it did exactly that. We stayed in an over-the-water fale, where you can see the ocean through the floor and hear it below at night. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning, and just remembering them moved me to tears. I traveled around the island and visited several other places, even learning to drive on the left from the right side of the car, but nothing compared to this fale. Neecy and Jenny at the front were kind and helpful, and Sinepe looked after us so well. The food was great, especially the pulusami, taro leaves in coconut cream. My nephew had been hoping for lobster, which wasn’t available while we were there, but he enjoyed everything he did try. I also had an incredible massage at the spa. It was relaxing, and they could make it as deep as you wanted. The pool, ocean and peaceful atmosphere made the whole stay feel special. This place will stay with me for the rest of my life. ❤️

We spent five nights at Coconuts last week and loved the restaurant, with its wide choice of food, excellent quality and great service. The staff were lovely and so helpful, nothing seemed to be a problem. That felt typical of the Samoan people. The resort is in a stunning spot, and although a few small maintenance jobs are needed, including the pool shower and villa bathroom, we’ll be back. Big thanks to Lena and everyone for making the stay so pleasant.
