The views were beautiful, and the place has great facilities, including a tennis court and two pools. My two kids and I absolutely loved it!

The mountain scenery is unlike anything else we saw in SA. The place is simply stunning, and possibly the wine farm closest to town, just a five-minute stroll away.

The rooms were gorgeous and beautifully looked after, with a lovely historic feel. There are beautiful vineyard and mountain views, and it’s close to town. The people were so lovely too.

We had a wonderful refuge here when torrential rain put a stop to some of our other plans. The price was really reasonable, and getting to Franschhoek was easy. The valley and farm are incredibly beautiful. We rented the villa’s two downstairs rooms for the two of us, and it felt like having our own little home. There was a kitchen, living room, dining room, and washing machine. The villa also has so much charm and history, with quality materials dating back more than 150 years. Bliss!

The mountain view was breathtaking, and the location felt calm and relaxing while still being close to Franschhoek’s main area. Breakfast was very lekker :) We had a lovely, spotless, well-equipped room, and they provided a cot, baby chair, and bathtub for our little daughter, so I’d definitely recommend this place to young families. We could easily have stayed a few more days.
