Our team had a lovely one-night stay at Parks Manor in Knysna. The garden and outdoor areas are beautiful, and the whole place has a calm, peaceful feel. It's tucked into a quiet, private area but still close to town and the waterfront. The property is very well maintained, with elegant décor and thoughtful touches, and our rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. A luxurious and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommended!

Jon, Washington and the whole team were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. I wish I could remember everyone's names! We felt at home and completely safe. The property is elegant and full of charm, and the hospitality was unmatched. The location is peaceful but central, and staying here added some magic to our Garden Route journey. Absolutely the best place to stay in Knysna! 🏡🌿

We had a great three-night stay at Parkes Manor and only wished we'd booked longer. The lovely owners gave us good tips for nearby attractions and were a pleasure to talk with. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, with tasty hot dishes to choose from. There were fresh flowers in our room when we arrived and welcome drinks too. The hospitality was unmatched!

The staff were friendly, extremely helpful, and very efficient, and I couldn't fault anything about this amazing hotel. Breakfast was a real showstopper, with a continental buffet as well as cooked options. The rooms are excellent, huge, well decorated, and well equipped; the bathrooms are palatial, with twin sinks, a large shower, and a bath. The attention to detail was amazing: fresh flowers in the room on arrival and a welcome drink at check-in in the stunning Drawing Room. If I needed somewhere to stay in Knysna, I'd pick this every time.

The two managers are the real stars here. They're incredibly friendly and put so much care and attention into running the hotel, which gives the place an elegant yet welcoming feel. The building's charm comes through beautifully in the interior design, and you can tell the hotel is run with love and passion. A wonderful gem in Knysna, highly recommended!
