The hotel has a calm, elegant feel and is beautifully kept. We felt at home and well looked after at the same time. The staff were warm, professional and friendly from the moment we arrived, and they took care with every detail. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to start our marriage. Thank you to the whole Village Ridge team for making our stay so memorable and exceeding what we expected. We’re deeply grateful for the service and the experience.

The neighborhood feels safe, and the place itself is nice, with good accommodation. We also enjoyed having the option of the super delicious Napa Mediterranean restaurant. It’s a pleasant spot for a few days, but the price brought my rating down. There are no long stay programs, so paying the regular rate can cost more than staying in Menlyn Maine. That area is much better located and has lots of benefits, including malls, stores, cafés and restaurants. They should think about offering long term programs.

I was very happy with the service. Whenever I needed something, the reception staff responded quickly to my requests. The room was very clean, and the area is really nice. If I visit Pretoria again, I’ll come back. Many thanks.
