Our room was spacious, modern and clean, and there’s a parking garage to keep the car safe. The hotel is in a great spot, an easy walk from central Stellenbosch, with lots of restaurants just around the corner. Breakfast at the hotel is quite simple, so I’d try one of the nearby places instead. It’s a wonderful hotel and I’d absolutely stay again.

We loved the rooftop views and had never seen a car elevator before. This one takes you down to the basement parking garage. The hotel is modern, with comfortable, clean rooms and beds, and the desk attendant was welcoming. It’s easy to walk to the town’s restaurants and other spots. Across the street, the spa and coffee shop were so good. A perfect little hotel.

This was my second stay at Hotel Krige, and I chose it for its location. One thing to watch when booking through booking.com is that some platforms call the standard rooms doubles, though the bed seems better suited to one person. That was disappointing at first, but I’d still book again without hesitation. The hotel is good value overall, with modern rooms, a central location and very friendly staff.
