I stayed in Apt 101 at Rimal 1, and it was very uncomfortable. A 24”x24” ceiling supply vent sits in front of the laundry room and pushes outside air into the apartment. The airflow is much too loud, and there’s so much of it that the unit is extremely uncomfortable. I can’t recommend it unless the owner fixes the air issue.
At Rimal 1, I complained to the security guard because he didn’t know how to speak to a resident. Nobody was in my room, so of course I called security. He opened the main entrance door, and I told him I could give him my ID if he wanted it, but he still wouldn’t open the door. I called him 30 times and he didn’t let me in. I’m asking the security manager to explain the guard’s responsibilities and tell him not to do this again. Thanks.
I was satisfied.
