Total disaster. They set up a meeting and then left me waiting, with no warning and no alternative. Communication was a mess, and the customer service representative was very irresponsible. I wouldn’t recommend them.

The place is comfortable, modern, and well located, with easy access to the building. It has a quiet lounge and a gym, plus a washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, microwave, stove, electric oven, and toaster. Towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided too. One small suggestion: add a bathroom floor squeegee, a dish towel, or a rack. A very nice spot for a few days in the city.

The apartments are accessed by stairs. The facilities themselves are quiet and comfortable, and the location is excellent, with everything needed for a comfortable stay nearby. Cleanliness gets a 7/10. It would be easier to do laundry if the laundry room had a dryer.
