Saturday night was rough: loud music and heavy bass from a nearby nightclub shook our room until 6 a.m. If you’re a light sleeper, that’s a serious problem. The room also stayed uncomfortably hot. The thermostat didn’t work, and staff said there was no AC and suggested opening the window, but music from the bar on the corner played outside all evening. Breakfast was very poor, with low-quality food, few choices, and nothing healthy. It felt like things were being cleared out. Both mornings, items ran out and weren’t replenished until we asked, and then only a little was brought out. Since the breakfast area also serves as a public café, hotel guests seemed to come second. The rooms are new, modern, and stylish, the reception staff were friendly, and the location is convenient with free street parking nearby. Even so, the noise, breakfast, and lack of proper climate control made this poor value for the price.

We’d happily stay here again if we return to Calafate. It’s right downtown, close to restaurants and shops, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and quick to help, whether in person or on WhatsApp. Really good experience.

After a long day hiking, the comfortable mattress was a treat. The room was beautifully decorated, with a spacious bathroom, and breakfast was wonderful. Great property and wonderful staff.

The location in downtown El Calafate is hard to beat, with restaurants and shops in every direction. The rooms look modern, clean, and sleek, and the hostess was super nice and helpful. My only complaint is that management kept the central heat at 80°F all night because some rooms were too cold. The beds were very firm too, so we didn’t get much sleep on our trip. Otherwise, it was a good stay 👍🏽
