City-Apartment Neubaugasse

The owner was really friendly and explained everything. The apartment was clean, tidy, and very spacious compared with most places in the city. The kitchen had a lot of things in it, too. The street was quiet. It's close to the city center, and although the apartment is on the first floor, that wasn't a problem. I really liked it!

The apartment itself was a very pleasant surprise after the house's somewhat off-putting exterior. It was beautifully furnished, a good size, and felt like somewhere you could make yourself at home. The modern living area and bathroom were lovely, with a large bathtub and even a TV. There was a coffee maker, stove, and one pot. A few things brought it down for me: the refrigerator was full, the dishwasher hadn't been emptied, there was standing water in the bathroom, and the drawers were dirty. It made me wonder whether the bed linens and towels were new, though I hope they were. With a bit more care, this chic apartment could knock you off your feet and deserve five stars. For now, three.

We were greeted in the kitchen with teas, coffee, oil, spices, and all the cooking utensils we needed. It also has a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and washing machine, and there's an iron and ironing board. The apartment in the new building at number 66 is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. The living room is spacious and divided into two parts, one for sleeping and the other with a TV and sofa bed. The bathroom is new and beautiful. The only drawback is that it's on the ground floor, right by the pedestrian path, though there isn't traffic or a big crowd. The street is quiet and peaceful. You can reserve a parking spot in the underground garage with the apartment. An apartment I'd recommend to anyone.

It’s about 1.5 km from the old town, and getting around on foot was easy. The accommodation was great and had everything we needed.
