Marktbar Studio Apartment in Innsbruck sits in a beautiful spot right by the river, directly across from the famous colorful houses. The modern, clean room was very comfortable and had a lovely atmosphere and stunning views. The kitchen was fully equipped, so it was easy to cook and feel at home during our stay.

The view and the mini kitchen are basically what you get here. People wander past taking photos of the river, sometimes right by your room, and the bar or restaurant nearby plays loud music from noon until midnight. The bed was really uncomfortable, with flat pillows that left my neck sore. I skipped the display pillows because they were dusty and had hair on them. The complaints about cleaning were accurate for us. There was hair on the bed and in the shower, green residue in the shower grout, and yellow pillow and blanket filling that looked either very old or poorly cleaned. We contacted the hosts, who offered cleaning and free breakfast, but this should have been taken care of before guests arrive. I wouldn't recommend it when other places offer better hygiene and service for less.

Just finished my third stay, and they even upgraded us this time. The customer service was stellar again. On my second visit, the location and stunning view were already a big draw, and the staff had our rooms ready a couple of hours before check-in. Shayene helped make that stay special. Highly recommend it for a trip to Innsbruck, and we'll definitely be back in 2024!

The location is right in the centre, with the old town, restaurants, and a grocery store all within walking distance. Our rooms had small kitchens with portable stoves and basic plates, bowls, and cutlery. There's a microwave in the storeroom, and I think you can ask the host to book a TV. We booked three king rooms. One ended up smaller than booked, while another was upgraded to a suite with water and mountain views, so I can't complain. A few more bathroom hooks would help, the Wi-Fi could be faster and steadier, and the mattress was a little soft.
