The hotel is really central, with pretty much everything within walking distance. It's lovely, modern and clean, and all the staff were kind and happy to help. The room design was the letdown for us two women sharing. The bedroom mirror was tinted, so we had to share the bathroom mirror to do our makeup. The room was very dark, with no main light, and we used our phone torches to check for belongings before leaving. The air conditioning worked on and off too. Hopefully they can fix those things. We still had a really good stay.

The rooms were well equipped with water, coffee and tea, snacks, and a free safe. The hotel is in a convenient, quiet spot, a short walk from Mirabellplatz one way and Linzergasse the other. The bar stays open late, and there's a small complimentary snack and refreshment area for guests returning from sightseeing. During our multi-day stay, they offered a free drink if you skipped housekeeping for a day. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we had a very pleasant stay. A good choice for a few days in Salzburg.

We spent 10 days at the NH collection hotel in Salzburg and really enjoyed it. The reception team were kind and helpful, especially Irene and Nina, if we're remembering their names right. Check-in and checkout were easy, and they helped us order a taxi to the airport. Our room was comfortable, breakfast was very good, and the dining and bar staff were warm as well. They even sent a cake to my room for my birthday. The hotel is fairly conveniently placed near the Mirabelle palace, the old city and the castle, so getting to the places we wanted to see was relatively easy. A special thank you to Astrid for all her kindness and help. She and the reception team made our stay much better. I gave origami figures to most of the hotel workers as a small thank you. We'll gladly recommend the hotel to our friends and family. Thank you again from the Reuveni Family, Eyal and my parents David and Yaffa.

The rooms were comfortable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had great options, and shops, cafés and restaurants were an easy stroll away. I'd definitely recommend it.

The location is very convenient, close to Salzburg's pedestrian area, the Old Town and Mirabell Palace. It's a lovely city hotel with spacious rooms and a nice bar. Service was excellent, and both check-in and checkout went smoothly. One of us became ill on the last day, and the hotel let them stay in the room until 3 p.m. at no charge, which you can't take for granted these days. We can highly recommend it for the location, service and helpful staff.
