The room was spotless and a little small, but had everything we needed. The hotel has a fun design, and check-in was smooth. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Hamer Hall was just a short walk away, so the location worked perfectly for our show. We'll definitely stay here again.

Our rooms were great, very quiet, and the AC worked perfectly. HSK replenished the coffee and amenities every day, so a big thanks to them as well. At reception, Gaby and Maive (hopefully I'm spelling their names correctly) were amazing. We arrived at 10:30PM and they greeted us with big smiles, which we really appreciated. They were also very professional when answering our questions and requests. We'd be very happy to come back! 😊

The rooms were okay, but you have to request daily cleaning, and housekeeping sometimes came at odd hours. Staff were helpful, and the stay was comfortable. The breakfast was included, but disappointing: there was only a small fixed menu, and that hadn't been made clear when booking.

Our room was spotless and modern, with a great city view, and the bed was super comfortable. I loved the fresh, vibrant decor, and everything felt well maintained. The hotel had a friendly, relaxed feel, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Styles Melbourne South Bank. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the team went out of their way to make us feel at home. We'd absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne. Thanks to the whole team for such a great experience!

We were visiting for the Australian Open, and the staff took such good care of us. Their attention and help made our stay comfortable from beginning to end. I really appreciated the service.
