Holiday Inn Warwick Farm by IHG

We had a pleasant two-night stay last month, and the friendly reception staff made arrival easy. Check-in and checkout were quick; they helped with our luggage and explained the room. Room service was convenient: scan the QR code, order, and the food arrived promptly. Breakfast at Norton’s Restaurant was good, with a nice selection and especially tasty hash browns. The optional buffet had variety, and The Warwick, a large pub-style restaurant, serves food and drinks most of the time. You can order from there to your room, too. There's plenty of parking on site. The building feels old, even though our Level 2 room seemed refurbished. Getting around could be tricky without a car. There isn't a train station within walking distance, and shops, restaurants, and malls are not walkable either. The hotel is in Western Sydney between Cabramatta and Liverpool, on the Hume Highway across from Warwick Farm Racecourse. It's about a 35 minute drive from Sydney Airport, longer in peak traffic. With your own or a hire car, and if you don't need to be near the airport, it offers good value, friendly staff, and tasty food.

The car park had some enormous potholes when I visited two months ago, though hopefully they've been fixed since. The room itself was lovely, clean, and quite fancy.

Luke and Leon made the biggest difference. They were genuinely lovely to talk to and went out of their way to help, giving us the best hotel customer service I've ever had. The place was quiet and reasonably priced, with clean rooms, comfy beds, a full bar open late, good food, and a nice little gym. We've stayed at plenty of hotels and never had an experience like this. We'll tell everyone about it. Get a room here!
