The location is great, on a discreet, quiet street just 200 meters from the Main Street. Our room wasn't huge, but the size was satisfactory, it was really clean, and the bed was comfortable. We also had a small balcony. The staff were really nice and friendly, and the hotel was impeccably clean. The welcome was perfect, with lots of information but not too much, and it was clear they invest in staff training. Shout out to Wilem the trainee. They also booked us a great restaurant 100 meters away, local knowledge that helped us avoid the tourist traps. Worth a visit.

We visited Bruges the weekend before Christmas, and Bruges itself was magical. The hotel was incredible too. The staff were attentive and the rooms spotless and beautifully appointed. Its location is perfect, within walking distance of everything that makes Bruges popular, including bars, restaurants, museums and shops. If you get the chance to stay here, take it. You won't be disappointed.

A great pick in Bruges. The location is quiet but close to everything, the room was nice, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. The only little downside was that the pillows were lumpy, but we didn't ask to have them changed.

The staff gave us a warm welcome, and the cozy rooms were amazingly clean and new. It's right in the center, within walking distance of the main tourist sites in Brugges. Perfect for a good night's sleep.

Right in the heart of the city, this beautiful hotel is still very quiet. It was clean, nicely decorated, and the staff were friendly. The bathroom amenities were very nice, and there was pod coffee and tea in the room. We took the bus to the train station from the stop on the main road, about a 300-meter walk from the hotel. We'd stay here again.
