Cynthia, the owner, was so welcoming and fun to talk to. The views were gorgeous, and both the rooms and the whole hotel were perfect. This is hands down the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at.

The Old Town location is perfect, and the welcome and service were friendly. The room was cosy and beautiful, even better in real life than the pictures promised. Keep in mind there are stairs and no 24/7 concierge, so it may not suit someone who can't manage stairs or expects round-the-clock service. For someone in normal health with an open mind, it's a perfect place to experience Bruges.

We've stayed here three times in the last six months, and it's an absolute gem. Olivier is always cheerily accommodating. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, and the central location opposite the beautiful Cathedral makes it easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast is always fresh and tasty. The lovely decor and music in the communal lounge leave us feeling so relaxed. Big thanks, Olivier. Don't go changing! ❤️

The staff were fabulous and breakfast was superb, with no disappointments at all. Our room was large and nicely furnished. The lovely old building sits just off the main avenue, opposite a church. It's quiet and within walking distance of both the train station and the town square.
