Our 20th-floor room had a lovely city view, made especially charming by the snow and Christmas lights. The bed was extremely comfortable, with a good mattress, topper, and two pillows, and the TV could be adjusted to watch from either the bed or sitting area. The room itself was very nice. The hotel is also well placed: the metro is right outside, handy for the Atomium, Gare du Midi, and other areas, while Grand Place is about a pleasant 15-minute walk away. The staff were consistently polite and kind, but requests weren't handled efficiently. We asked on the in-room tablet for housekeeping and complimentary items like a toothbrush and vanity kit. For two days nothing arrived, even after reminders and pressing the green cleaning button. The room was cleaned only late on the first evening, and the requested items still weren't brought. At checkout, we got apologies but no compensation. The minibar was entirely empty, and paying €150 to have it stocked seems unreasonable for a hotel in this category. Breakfast was fine but ordinary, with the same choices each day, slow restocking, and poor coffee from machines that were often out of order. The pool is small and requires a one-hour booking, but there wasn't real access control, so it got crowded and there weren't enough loungers. The spa was tiny. The massage was very good, though we were charged an extra €30 at checkout, apparently for spa or pool access, without a clear explanation. Late checkout until 12 p.m. and free luggage storage were appreciated. There's a lot of potential here, and the location is strong, but service didn't meet Marriott standards. Better management could make it excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was lovely, heated very warmly, and free for guests. It needs to be booked, but whenever we went there was plenty of room. Rooms were stylish, clean, and luxurious, with water bottles, robes, slippers, and room service. There's also a rooftop bar with a great view for a cocktail. The location is pretty good, a short walk from the center though not right in it. We skipped breakfast because it was too expensive.

The location makes getting around very easy: the metro is right outside, the main station is a 7-10 minute walk, and there's a mall across the road. You can walk through the shopping district from there to Grand Place, with plenty to see and places to eat. Check-in is on Level 2; the staff were welcoming, and the lounge bar beside reception is a nice place to unwind. Our room was clean, roomy, and cozy, with a very comfortable king bed. The bathroom is practical, with the shower and toilet in separate areas, although our room had no bathtub. There's a well-equipped gym too, with treadmills, an elliptical, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a cable machine. Breakfast costs €25 per person if booked ahead, or €32 on the day. I'd personally suggest eating at the hotel, since most Brussels cafes and shops open late and nearby options are limited unless you walk to the station for places like Paul or Panos. Prices are on the high side if you add breakfast that day. A solid, comfortable option for a short city stay or a first visit, especially for its convenient location and friendly service.

The staff were kind and helpful when I broke my ankle and we needed to extend our stay. They made a difficult situation much better, and we still had a great time. The hotel is excellent, and the employees were lovely. It's well located, with the metro just across the street and easy connections to the train station and airport. Many sights are around a 20-minute walk away. I highly recommend it for work or leisure. Merci bcp à l'équipe de l'hôtel...vous êtes formidables !!!
